Background

Paris Video Home S.A. was founded on October 7, 1985 by Carlos Abolo, and some of the films were hosted by Jose Maria Safigueora at the beginning of its films.

Visuals: On a black background, a model of the Earth with red continents and blue oceans is seen spinning around. After a couple of seconds, a white outline of the Eiffel Tower wipes in and eases to the left center of the screen. The background becomes lavender as an outlined model of a globe with longitude lines, the poles marked by two circles, and a large space in the middle wipes in beside the tower. Inside it, "PARIS" appears in the space one by one. Below it, "VIDEO HOME", curved to match the bottom appears below. It then disappears and "PARIS" wipes away as "PRESENTA", in an odd font, fades in where "PARIS" was. It then fades out, leaving the tower and globe for one more second before fading out.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A synth drone is heard at the beginning. A five-note synth tune is heard when the Eiffel Tower eases in. Some kind of generic French cello music is then heard when the words appear. Finally, a different five-note synth tune is heard.
