Visuals: Same as the 2nd Columbia TriStar Home Video logo, but "HOME VIDEO" is replaced by "PRODUCTIONS PTY. LTD. AUSTRALIA" in two lines. "COLUMBIA" and "TRISTAR" and Also, we see the reading:
