Background

Kult Kidz were a distribution arm of Contender Entertainment Group that released videos and DVDs of old kids programmes.

Logo (1998-2003)


Visuals: On a black background, a flower zooms in at high speed with the words “kult kidz” on it blue. The flower then does a bubble effect and zooms back out, revealing a green cloth-like background.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A fast harp sound, then a children's “Bah!” sound.

Availability: Seen on VHS and DVD releases from the time-period until 2003, such as Willo the Wisp, and the 1998 UK VHS release of Bod, among others.
