Background

Commercial Video was the sports/educational video division of Thorn EMI Video.

Logo (1981-1982)

Visuals: On a black background, a green TV tube-shaped "C" draws into place. In the small space where the drawing stops, the letter "V" appears. The word "COMMERCIAL VIDEO" wipes-in below.

Technique: Possibly cel animation.

Audio: A synth-flute sounder.

Availability: Seen on many pre-cert releases from Thorn EMI.
