Urania Film

Logo (April 7, 1933-April 4, 1936)

Visuals: On a dark grey background with a spotlight on the top centre, the following animation sequence fades in within the ring with a thick inner wall: two scattered groups of white stars rotating in opposite directions on a grey surface. Underneath the circle is the tall text "URANIA" concaved on the top, with a white shadow facing the bottom right, and a lower half of a bordered circle connecting the top portions of the letters. "FILM" in a stretched format and with "F" and "I" connected through the former's arm, is below said word. Several seconds in the logo, the rotating stars within the ring crossfade to a large set of blurry, glittering stars on a black background. As this happens, the background gains brightness.

Variant: An alternate version was used on Bohaterowie Sybiru. Here, most of the background is white, the stars are dark and textured with small dots, the logo is flat, and "przedstawia film p.t." is below the logo.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: The opening or closing theme of the film.

Availability: It appears on Jego ekscelencja subiekt and Bohaterowie Sybiru.
