Visuals: On a black background, a door opens to unveil a possessed long haired woman in a white robe and holding a teddy bear against a white room. The screen zooms out while shaking and glitching to unveil the logo from before wiping in and bursting, followed by the byline. The logo stabilizes after glitching.

Audio: A horror soundtrack consisting of a little kid creepily singing a nursery rhyme.
