The latter row of text is in a hand written font. Then, the text wipes out to make room for "Grand Est ALSACE CHAMPAGNE-ARDENNE LORRAINE", in a stacked format, white colour, and within a white bordered black horizontal sign. The sun has rose up by a large amount at this point, brightening the Earth's surface further.
Technique: CGI and 2D computer animation.
Audio: A tender string and flute piece, alongside the shaking of a tambourine.
