Background

Generation International Pictures was an American film production company founded by Rudy Ray Moore,[1] succeeding his previous Comedian Intl. Enterprise Productions company.

Logo (November 5, 1977-September 4, 1979)

Visuals: On a blue background, a yellow shield zooms in. The shield has a drawing of a phonograph on its left side and a film projector on its right, separated by a line on the center, with a banner on top of it that reads "GENERATION INTERNATIONAL", stacked.

Technique: Camera-controlled animation.

Audio: A brass note that is held for a couple of seconds, followed by a drumroll, then ending with an orchestral finish with a piano arpeggio.

Audio Variants: On Disco Godfather, the opening theme plays.

Availability: This logo is seen on Petey Wheatstraw and Disco Godfather.
