Background

Shiv Bhakti Films was a Hindi-language film production company started by Indian actor and producer Sujit Kumar.

1st Logo (December 19, 1986, July 5, 1996-December 22, 2000)

Visuals: In a very dark room, there is a silhouetted model in the middle partially illuminated by rising blue smoke behind it. A spotlight illuminates the front of the model, appearing to be a model of the Hindu god Shiva. The camera slowly zooms towards the statue to end the logo's sequence.

Variant: In later films, the white underlined text "SHREE SHIV BHAKTI FILMS" is plastered in front of the footage.

Technique: Practical effects. The text in the later version has computer-generated effects.

Audio: A man singing the first four verses of the Shiva Panchakshara Stotram "नागेन्द्रहाराय त्रिलोचनाय भस्माङ्गरागाय महेश्वराय । नित्याय शुद्धाय दिगम्बराय तस्मै नकाराय नमः शिवाय" while some ascending vibraphone notes accompany the man.

Audio Variant: On Champion, it uses a slow four-note composition accompanied by a faint tampura.

Availability: It is seen only in Anubhav. The later version was seen in Daraar and Champion.

2nd Logo (March 3, 1989)

Technique: Live-action.

Audio: Same as the previous logo.

Availability: It is seen only in Aasman Se Ooncha.

Visuals: Set on a cold mountain range, there is a full statue of Shiva sitting on top of a blue pedestal which comprises some fruits, a lot of red flower petals scattered around it, and a small oil lamp in the middle, all of which are sitting on top of a table, also covered by red petals. Around the statue is a huge amount of rising smoke moving around the mountains while also being illuminated by a spotlight behind Shiva. Like the previous logo, the company name doesn't appear.
