Logo (June 8, 1938-December 12, 1939)

Visuals: There is a flying eagle looking downwards in the middle of a cloudy sky background. The company name which consists of an arched "MILLION DOLLAR" over a smaller "PRODUCTIONS" zooms in from the middle, slowly becoming more visible and focused as it reaches closer to the camera. The former text appears to have ridges around it. The logo then fades out.

Closing Visuals: Fading in, there are the same visuals but this time now contains "THE END" in a blocky typeface. After a while, the text crossfades to another set of text displaying a stacked "A MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCTION" stylized in ridges.

Technique: Chroma-keyed camera-controlled animation.

Audio: The film's opening/closing theme.

Availability: Seen in The Duke Is Tops and Straight to Heaven.
