Background
The Fizz Factor was the Austin development branch of Amaze Entertainment founded in 2002, but in 2005, Amaze decided to retire it. In July 2008, Amaze's parent company Foundation 9 Entertainment announced that The Fizz Factor would be relaunched under its original name. Then, in July 2009, F9E announced that development capacity would be scaled down and so The Fizz Factor was closed for good.
