Background

Swingin' Ape Studios was a short-lived independent video game company founded by Steve Ranck, Mike Starich and Scott Goffman in 2000 after they left Midway Home Entertainment. The studio only made one game, Metal Arms: A Glitch in the System, before it was acquired by Blizzard Entertainment in 2005.
