Background

ITVX is a British streaming service operated by ITV plc. The service offers content from ITV1 and the rest of the ITV library, as well as exclusive content and a selection of FAST channels. It was launched in December 2022, replacing the previous ITV Hub. The service is sponsored by Domino's Pizza.

Logo (November 17, 2022-)

Visuals: On a dark blue background, there is a small lime-green "X" in the middle of the screen flickering on and off. It then suddenly zooms up closer to the screen as various copies of the "X" flow out of the left and right sides of it. The copies then fade out and the "X" zooms back and moves to the right to make room for the 2013 ITV logo (also in lime-green) fading in letter-by-letter.

Variants:

  • When booting up the ITVX app, the Domino's logo appears at the bottom of the screen, with "sponsored by" above it.
  • A still version exists, which appears at the end of some ITVX exclusive programming.

Technique: 2D animation by DixonBaxi.

Audio: A quiet crackling noise, followed by an orchestral hit and choir when the "X" zooms up, and a three-note sounder when the ITV logo fades in. Composed by The Futz Butler.

Audio Variant: None for the still version.

Availability:

  • Appears when booting up ITVX on any device, as well as before a show starts.
  • It also appars at the end of ITVX exclusive programming.
