Background

Atari Interactive was a division formed by Atari Corporation in 1996 to port their Atari Jaguar titles to MS-DOS. However, only one game was published before Atari Corporation was purchased by JTS Storage and exited the video game industry.

Logo (October 31, 1996)

Visuals: On a steel background, there is the familiar Atari tripod logo to the left of the screen. "ATARI" is seen next to it, with "INTERACTIVE" below it.

Technique: A still, computerized graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Only seen on the MS-DOS port of Tempest 2000. This logo would have appeared on the other Atari Jaguar games that would have been ported to DOS, but were canceled after Atari was bought by JTS Storage.
