Background

Panda Productions was the vanity card of Leonard J. Goldberg (who previously had Mandy Films as a vanity plate and was a partner with Aaron Spelling in Spelling-Goldberg Productions) on Blue Bloods and Critical Assembly. It has since been renamed to The Leonard Goldberg Company after his untimely death on December 4, 2019, at the age of 85.

1st Logo (July 12, 2003)

Visuals: On a white background, there are the words "PANDA PRODUCTIONS" (in a Compacta font), one word on top of the other. A crudely drawing of a Panda bear is seen on the right of "PANDA".

Technique: A still digital graphic.

Audio: The closing of the TV film's theme.

Availability: Seen on Critical Assembly.

2nd Logo (September 24, 2010-May 1, 2020)

Visuals: On a white background, a black rectangle that says "PANDA" inside of it and the head and a portion of the upper body of a Panda bear slides upwards. The bear then shakes its head. Finally, the word "productions" slides from the right side of the rectangle.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A squeaking noise is heard when the bear shakes its head while a gong is heard. Sometimes, there is a whoosh. On the 2011 reboot of Charlie's Angels, there is the Flower Films logo.

Availability: Seen on Blue Bloods until season 10 on CBS, reruns on WGN America and syndication and home media releases by CBS Home Entertainment. It was also seen on 2011 version of Charlie's Angels.
