Background

Metro 77 is a Indonesian film label founded in 1976. It was closed in possibly 1979.

1st Logo (1976)

Logo: On a blue background, we see a bullseye with 2 lines on it, representing gunshot with "77" on center. Below, there is a text in yellow reading "METRO" and we see a 2 laurel wreath seen below here.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: A trumpet fanfare.

Availability: Rare. It's seen on Naga Merah (1976).

2nd Logo (1978)

Logo: We see a circle waving on a red background, which then a yellow line coming from the right and top, It then shrinks, and the bullseye from before appears below, After that, the green shield then pops in below, as "METRO" appears below in arched font, then after that, the laurel wreath from the previous one appears on the bottom of bullseye, then "77" appears in the center.

FX/SFX: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: A gunshot is heard at the start, which then segues into a bombastic synth fanfare, which is used on Leuser Film logo, is heard.
