1st (only) Logo (1982?-1984?)

Description: On a black background, we see something zooming out and rotating. The thing rotating is a map of Europe, and the background is now blue. After it rotates to a 360 degree angle, it then stops. After about 2 seconds, a yellow circle trail comes in, and it then forms itself to reveal a letter "C" in the Broadway font. 2 more of these circle trails come in as well, with one forming in the centre, carrying the letter "D", and the last one forms on the right, this time with the letter "E" inside. When the acronym circles are formed, we then the the text "COMPAGNIA DISTRIBUZIONE EUROPEA S.p.A" typing itself in on the right hand side.
