Logo: Same as the Lettuce Entertain You Inc. logo from the era, except the background is green, the border is blue, the TV tube is dark blue, and the text "LETTUCE" being replaced with "VIDEOLINE", along with "ENTERTAIN YOU INC." being replaced with "PRODUCTIONS INC.". The text "presents" is also blue.
Technique: Same as the first Lettuce Entertain You Inc. logo.

Availability: Ultra rare. Appeared on the release of Marked for Death, among other few releases.
