V&S Entertainment (formerly known as VGI Entertainment until 2010) is a British entertainment and distribution company based in Uxbridge, Middlesex. It was founded in 1991, and they didn't have a logo until 2002. They are known for producing and distributed series such as Everything's Rosie, The Eggs, and Ebb and Flo.

Music/Sounds: The end of the theme song to The Eggs with the 4 main characters and the narrator singing "Yeah, Yeah We're The Eggs".
