VGI Entertainment
Background
V&S Entertainment (formerly known as VGI Entertainment until 2010) is a British entertainment and distribution company based in Uxbridge, Middlesex. It was founded in 1991 by Victoria Gubbay, originally based in London, and later moved to Middlesex in 2001, and they didn't have a logo until 1998. They are known for producing and distributed series such as Everything's Rosie, The Eggs, and Ebb and Flo. In 2010, the company rebranded as V&S Entertainment in order to produce their show for CBeebies, Everything's Rosie.

Visuals: On a black background, two ovals overlap each other: one is large and dark blue and the other is small and white. The latter contains "VGI" with a dark blue dot on top of the "I". Underneath it is "Entertainment ltd" in a cartoony font and the company's website link in white. To the top left of the logo is "Worldwide Distribution by" in white.
Variants:
- At the beginning of the English dubs of some of SFR shows they distributed in outside Poland (the first shows to use this logo), the VGI logo was seen on the top middle corner, and "presents" was in a black and white font, and it fades in.
- At the end of Jym and Jam (English version of Bolek and Lolek), the logo zooms in faster, and "Entertainment" was in the different font, was also used in the English dub of Reksio in 1999.
Technique: A still digital graphic, but on the English dubs of some SFR shows, fading effects.
Audio: The ending theme of the show, but on some of SFR's shows they distributed outside Poland, the opening theme of a show plays over.
Audio Variant: On The Eggs, there is a heard that the 4 main characters of the show and the narrator singing "Yeah, Yeah We're The Eggs".
Availability: It mostly can be seen on VGI's original productions, such as The Eggs and Ebb and Flo. The logo's first appearance was on the English dubs of SFR Poland series, such as Jym and Jam (English version of Bolek and Lolek), Ruff's Patch (English version of Reksio), Storks' Tales (English version of Między nami bocianami), Max Bear (English version of the infamous Mis Kudlatek), and Captain Klipper (English version of Podróże kapitana Klipera), during 1998 to 2002, since VGI holds distribution rights of SFR's catalog outside Poland.

Visuals: Superimposed in the credits of the show, there is a light-blue circle with a shining border containing an orange "V" slighty placed on the top and a magenta "S" placed on the left, with a lime green abstract "&" between them and in center. Below, there's written "Entertainment" in rainbow-colored letters placed in a down-arched style to fit the circle's border.

Audio: The ending theme of the show.
Availability: It only appeared on Everything's Rosie.
