Notification of unblock and apology

Hi, I noticed that you were incorrectly blocked by our abuse filter and have unblocked you. I want to apologize for this unwarranted block. The abuse filter you were hit by was made with the purpose of immediately blocking new accounts made by a troublesome user named 09limbua, but it seems that the settings might be too broad for their own good. I plan on bringing this up to the other admins to see what should be done. For now, if you are blocked by the abuse filter again, I or another administrator will unblock you as soon as possible.
