Background
Gem is an Asian TV channel owned by KC Global Media.
1st Logo (2014-2020)
Logo: In a white background, we see green things (such as jellyfishes or flowers) forming the logo, which mainly consisted of the "S" from Sony TV networks, and the text "GEm" in green.
Technique: CGI animation by Lights & Shadows, a Singaporean design agency. These idents were directed by Hock Lim, produced by Jourdansky Yong, designed and animated by Wai Leng Low, with 3D models were made by Wai Leng Low and Ishak S. Laksono.
Music/Sounds: A buildup, which was followed by the 4-note theme played by pianos. The theme was made at Turntable Music.
Availability: Extinct.
2nd Logo (2020-present)
Logo: A green origami forms in a selection of things, with the last one included the "GEM" text in white.
Variants: A short variant exists.
Technique: CGI animation.
Music/Sounds: A theme, which was either used by a piano. The music was ended by the three-note theme, which looks similar to the one from the last logo.
Availability: Current.

Background
MediaCorp TV12 was a subsidiary under Mediacorp.
Singapore Television Twelve
1st Logo (1994-1995)
Logo: On a white gradient background, we see the red, yellow, green and blue lines moving to where the "2" form. The text "12", with the lines from before on the "2" and the text "TV" behind it on the top-left all fade in. Below the logo, we see the text:

Variant: On a white background, we see the text below:

Technique: 2D animation for the main logo. None for the variant.
Music/Sounds: None or the ending theme of the show.
Availability: Extinct. It was shown at the end of the TV programmes from the company.
2nd Logo (1995-2000)
Logo: We see the logo zooming in on a orange-cyan gradient background. The text "Singapore Television Twelve" fades in below.
Technique: Either 2D animation or CGI.
Music/Sounds: The voiceover from the Prime 12 ident.
Availability: Extinct. It was shown at the end of the TV programmes that the company produced or/and after idents from channels owned by the company.
3rd Logo (2000-2001)
TBA.
MediaCorp TV12
(2001-200?)
Logo: Same as the Mediacorp Studios logo at the time, but the "Studios" text was replaced by the "TV12" text.
Technique: CGI.
Music/Sounds: The same 3-note theme from Mediacorp.
Availability: Extinct. At the time, it was shown at the end of the TV programmes that the company produced or/and during sign-ons and sign-offs on each channels owned by the company.
