Logo: On a black background, we see the mess of black spikes with some dark gray and blue splotches flattening, while we position the camera over spikes and pointing at them, turning out that the spikes has the texture of the logo: the dark gray static background (resembling a carpet similar to the NET logo) with the blue text in Times font reading:

FX/SFX: The spikes flattening and pointing the camera downwards.
