Background

Tropik Film&Video is the Bosnia-and-Herzegovina's largest film and home video distributor. Its headquarters are in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

1st Logo (1998?-2004)

Logo: On a cloudy background, we see word "TROPIK" drawing in black and unusual font. A flash appears and the O (which is actually a sun) gets colored in yellow.The words "Film and Video" in Mistral font fade in.

Technique: Letters drawing, flash, letter O being colored in yellow and the words "Film and Video" appearing.

Music/Sounds: An 18-note synth majestic fanfare accompanied with synth sound effects. When the O flashes, there is a tingling sound and then a short harp tune.

Availability: Seen on all videos from the company like "Bosanska Audicija".


2nd Logo (2004- )


Logo: Same logo as before, except it looks more like CGI. On an animated cloudy background, we see letters from the logo, now rotating around the zooming letter O. When the zooming stops, the letters stop rotating and the logo shines. This time the word "film&video" (now in Arial Black font and the word "and" is replaced with the sign "&") zooms out. Then the logo shines.

Technique: Animated cloudy background, sun zooming, letters rotating around the sun, and word "film&video" zooming out.

Music/Sounds: Same as the previous logo.
