Background

This is the production company of Mitchell Hurwitz, the creator of Arrested Development.

1st Logo (September 24, 2001-January 11, 2002)

Logo: On a brown background, we see the embossed gray words with two lines, "The Hurwitz Company." There's some drawn lines behind the text.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of The Ellen Show.

Availability: Seen only on The Ellen Show.

2nd Logo (November 2, 2003-February 10, 2006)

Logo: On a white background, just the text "The Hurwitz Company" in the font of Arrested Development slides in leftwards.

FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: The sliding in, which is uber-simple even a computer probie could do this in less than 15 minutes.

Music/Sounds: A soundbite from the Arrested Development theme.

Availability: Seen on the first three seasons of Arrested Development.

3rd Logo (May 26, 2013-March 15, 2019)

Logo: On a white background, four things (two are black, while the other two are orange) quickly form a square, while the texts "The" from left and "Hurwitz Company" from right sliding centerwards, and a curve arrow draws itself points to the texts.

Trivia: This is based on the opening sequence of Arrested Development.

FX/SFX: The forming of the logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 2nd logo. On Flaked, the closing theme.

Availability: Seen on Arrested Development (starting with the fourth season), Lady Dynamite, and Flaked.
