Background: This company belongs to the couple, Richard and Lauren Shuler Donner, who are both directors and producers.

Donner/Shuler Donner Productions

(February 11, 1992)

Logo: On a black background, we see the text "DONNER SHULER DONNER" in light blue wiping in from a screen. Then two rectangles appear, wiping in from the direction, causing "DONNER" to turn black and "SHULER DONNER" to also turn black. The word "PRODUCTIONS" in light blue fades in below.

FX/SFX: The wiping of the logo.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Only seen at the end of Radio Flyer.

The Donners' Company

1st Logo

(December 16, 1999-February 18, 2005)

Logo: We see the big moon by the cloud, all in heavy golden tint. Suddenly the golden color move and it appears to be the word "DONNERS'" where two "N"'s are connected in some kind of gothic font. The word flashes and zooms out, leaving moon in its usual color, and "THE" appears above, "COMPANY" appears below.

FX/SFX: The text zooming out and the clouds moving.

Trivia: This logo is based on the opening credits to the 1985 film Ladyhawke, which was produced and directed by the Donners themselves.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen at the end of Timeline, Any Given Sunday, Constantine, and the shortened version appeared on the trailer for latter.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo

(March 3, 2006-) Nickname: "The Globe"

Logo: We start out on a space background which includes the rotating planet Earth and the sun shining in the camera's lens. Suddenly, we see golden letters of the company's name zooming out and flying around the globe, as we pan to the left. After the letters finish rotating, they pair up together, and reveal the word "DONNERS'" (all in capital letters). The word "THE" and "COMPANY" appear on the upper-left hand side, and the lower-right side of the main text, respectively. Also, the "O" in "DONNERS'" absorbs the sun, and has a rainbow-like color around the letter. FX/SFX: The text flying around the globe, and the globe rotating.

Music/Sounds: A light, smooth synth-xylophone sounder which changes notes throughout, ending in a short orchestral note. Like the last logo, this logo pays homage to their film Ladyhawke, and this logo theme is actually a snippet of the opening theme to the film. Availability: Seen on movies who are co-produced by this company (mostly after the end credits of the movie), but not on every one. Some titles having it are 16 Blocks, She's the Man and Unaccompanied Minors.
