Background

Télé Congo is the national broadcaster of The Republic of the Congo founded and launched on the 28th of November, 1962. It was the first national television broadcaster in the sub-Saharan Africa. It was also the only television broadcaster in The People's Republic of the Congo from 1969 to 1992. It is wholy owned by the government of the Republic of the Congo.

Visuals: On a black background, there is a light gray spiral. Next, there is a gray map of Africa forming with the map of the Republic of Congo being in a lighter shade of gray. After the map of Africa forms, the letters TÉLÉ slide in and white lines come from the map which zooms out. Finally, the white lines reveal the words CONGO.
