Background
Studio Małych Form Filmowych (Simplified as Se-ma-for) is a Polish animation studio. Founded in Łódź in 1947, this company has created many animated cartoons and stop motion puppet animations for young and mature audiences.

Logo: We first see a bunch of twinlking star against a black background. A few seconds later, we see 3 thin white lines with a long trail flying from the background, one on the left portion of the screen, one on the center right, and one which is off-screen. The lines form the yellow abstract letters "SMFF" after the stars dissolve, which is then followed by the words "se-ma-for" abruptly appearing along with the word followed by "przedstawia" appearing below the letters. It then fades out after that.
FX/SFX: The letters appearing while the lines are zooming in a numerous amount of trails, the stars and the text appearing, which are all made with animation that can't stand today's standards.
Music/Sounds: 4 descending synth notes are heard at the beginning, which then preceeds into a held cacophonic synth note which sounds like the the Windows NT 5.0 startup sound. It transitions to the main movie.
