Audio:

On 1997-1998 videos, a jazzy flute theme combined with violins is heard. This is actually the theme song to the Sesame Street home video "William Wegman's Mother Goose".
On 1999-2000 videos, the ending of the 1969-1992 Sesame Street closing theme is heard.

Availablity: Seen on the 1998 VHS releases of Elmopalooza!, The Great Numbers Game, and The Alphabet Jungle Game. This lasted shorter than its ending counterpart.

3rd Numper (1999, May 2, 2000-May 15, 2001)

Visuals: Over a light blue background is the following text in a blue Helvetica font:
