Logo: We see a blue room, containing a baby dog. We see a shadow of a baby dog. Behind the shadow is the text "Small Dog" in a script font with the words "PICTURE COMPANY". The dog barks, then the dog turns around. The logo flickers.
FX/SFX: The flickering, the dog barking. Music/Sounds: A sound of a dog bark with a film projector sound. NBC airings used a generic theme and a voiceover.
