Skydance Animation

Background

Skydance Animation is the animation division of the American production company Skydance Media which is based in Santa Monica, California. It was founded in March 16, 2017 when the company formed a multi-year partnership with Madrid-based animation studio Ilion Animation Studio. In 2020 after working together with them Skydance Media acquired the Spanish animation studio and rebranded it to Skydance Animation Madrid and it currently has a multi-year film and television deal with Apple TV+.

Logo: On a space background, the text "SKYDANCE", in the same font as the normal Skydance logo fades in. A line draws a curved underline to the company's name, then the text "ANIMATION" fades in underneath.
