1st Logo (1988)

Visuals: On a blue background, there is a circle which contains an abstract symbol depicting three letter S's (one S is thicker and styled like a filmstrip). Around the symbol within the circle is the name "SHANCHAI SENCE FILM COMPANY" [sic] with "1988" below. Underneath the circle is the name in Chinese: "上海山狮影业公司摄制". The entire logo is in white.

2nd Logo (1990)

Visuals: On a royal blue-black gradient background, two gold circle outlines converge with a neon green trail effect on the upper left corner of the screen, forming a ring shape. The ring shines as "SHANGHAI SENCE FILM COMPANY 1988" wipes in around it. The symbol from the previous logo, now colored (the filmstrip S is in red while the other two S's are in yellow and blue respectively), fades in within the ring. Three light beams shoot in from the right on the bottom right corner of the screen, then flash, revealing the company name in gold:
