Visuals: A white bar wipes in, leaving behind a blue background. Three white wave-like figures spin in from the right of the screen before settling in the middle. A white line draws in from the bottom middle and separates into two copies, forming the word "screenwavemedia" as the lines disappear. A TV shut-off effect then occurs.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: An echoed synth theme, ending with a distorted note.

Availability: Seen on most episodes of Angry Video Game Nerd. This doesn't show up on YouTube's prints of AVGN episodes, rather home media releases. It was seen on Amazon Prime's prints of most AVGN episodes, such as the "Earthbound" and "Dirty Harry" episodes.
