Sandrew Metronome

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st Logo (1998-2001)

Logo: In the mountains with clouds moving by in the sky, we see a 3D prism fly to the center of the screen. It turns around with a rainbow appearing from it. It turns towards us, and a circle with a combined "WM" in it appearing inside it. The prism shines, then breaks into debris that fly around. The line draws "W" with the line on the root backward, revealing "SANDRE", reading "SANDREW" and the line draws "M" on the root forward, revealing "ETRONOME", reading "METRONOME" respectively.

Technique: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: A relaxing tune, then a whoosh, then an electronic tune similar to the Village Roadshow music, several more whooshes, then a bang, and then the music fades out.

Availability: Extinct. Was seen on movie productions and theater openings.

2nd Logo (2001-2018)

Logo: On a black background, a blue medallion flips into view, with the Sandrew Metronome logo carved into it. It flips towards the screen, taking up it in full, before flipping back to the middle as the background becomes a blue fog. The medallion bursts, producing blue dust from which the logo then emerges.

Technique: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: A enhanced violin tune.

Availability: No longer current. Seen on VHS and DVD copies of Warner Bros movies, like Osmosis Jones.

3rd Logo (2018-)

Provided ID could not be validated.

Logo: The Sandrew Metronome logo medallion rises from a solid blue background. The background disappears to a different blue background as the medallion zooms out. Lines appear from its sides, and the text goes into place in a crystal-like effect. The logo shines.

Technique: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: A rearrangement of the previous logo's theme. Sometimes, the theme of Momentum Pictures is used.

Availability: Current.
