1st Logo (1980s)

Visuals: On a blue background, there are the words, "ROMY" in orange and "Video" in a silver jagged script font with a streak underneath it. The words "¡LA SENSACION DEL VIDEO!" fades in.

Variant: At the end of the tapes is the logo as before, the words "PRESENTA" fades in.

Technique: Simple fade-in effect.

Audio: A synth rock guitar theme and a proud male announcer.

Availability: Seen on Venezuelan tapes.

2nd Logo (1990s)

Visuals: On a gray granite background, a silver beveled triangle flies in the middle of the screen. It revolves a bit to the upside down position. As this happens, "R", "O", "M" and "Y" in orange 3-D letters fly in one at a time to the triangle to spell "ROMY". Then "Video" in a silver jagged script font with a streak underneath it flies in below "ROMY". As they come together, there is a brief flash, which gets absorbed into the logo. After a moment, the logo pops out and in briefly. The logo shines. Throughout the animation, the background is actually several squares. As it animates, the backgrounds zooms in until there is only one square.

Variant: At the end of the tapes, the logo is shown on a purple granite background with "PRESENTA" in yellow below.

Technique: A combination of 2D animation and CGI.

Audio: A bombastic synthesized tune with drum-beats. The "PRESENTA" screen has an electric guitar theme with a proud male announcer with the "Echo" effect, saying "ROMY VIDEO PRESENTA".
