Background
The Dirección General de Radio, Televisión y Cinematografía, also simply known as RTC, is Mexico's video and film rating agency.

2nd Logo (1991-Early 2000s?)
Visuals: There are multiple small green squares zoom out to form "RADIO" on a VCR. The camera zooms into one of these squares to reveal a motherboard. The camera flies past some of the parts and zooms into a red sphere where a small red rectangle is shown against a black background. The camera pans upward to see a rotating T made up of gray metallic cubes and continues zooming to reveal a TV with the T inside of the screen. The TV fades out and the screen zooms out of the lens of a video camera, which later turns before the screen transitions into multiple cubes zooming out. The cubes are all arranged to form the company name. After the letters place themselves, "SECRETARIA DE GOBERNACION" fades in below.
Technique: 3D CGI.
Audio: A news intro-esque theme consisting of a horn instrument, synth and drums.
