Logo: On a light blue background, we see a light blue model of a house (with the number "5" on it) rotating. The words "QUINN'S HOUSE" appear word-by-word in the Futura font.
Variant: Starting with Connecting..., the "5" is replaced by "4".
FX/SFX: The house rotating.
Music/Sounds: A beeping synth theme. NBC and The CW airings used a generic theme and a voiceover.
Availability: Seen on Blindspot, Connecting..., the first two seasons of the 2021 reboot of Kung Fu, Keep Breathing and the 2022 reboot of Quantum Leap. Don't expect to this to appear on Deception, despite him being one of the executive producers on the show.
