This is a "legacy credit"-style logo produced for the defunct music label of the same name, which was formed by Lou Adler in 1967 after he sold his previous label, Dunhill Records, to ABC Records. The label folded in 1989 after its main distributor, A&M Records, was sold to PolyGram.
