Background

Nawmal (formerly known as Xtra-normal. and Xtranormal) is a Canadian digital entertainment company based in Montreal, Canada, that produces do-it-yourself animation software for the web and desktop and turned words from a script into an animated movie using text-to-speech and animation technologies, Originally launched in September 2008, Nawmal is designed to create easy and quick 3D animation videos, the software was a major success and was popular at YouTube, in July 31, 2013, Xtranormal would shut down, which they encouraged users to complete their unfinished movies and download their completed movies before that date, the company would come back and changed to it's current name in April 2015.

Xtra-normal.

(September 2008-October 16?, 2008)

Logo: In a black background, we see "xtra-" typing in one-by-one, which then spaces to "normal.", the logo then slides to the left and the word "production" appears, which is smaller than "xtra-normal.", all of which are in white.

FX/SFX: The typing and the sliding.

Music/Sounds: The typing sounds from a typewriter followed by what a sounds like a printer printing then a thud noise when "production" appears.

Availability: Ultra rare, only appeared on Xtra-normal. videos during September-October 2008.

Editor's Noteː None

Xtranormal

1st Logo (October 16?, 2008-2010)

Logo: In a white background, we see the words "If you can type, you can make movies." typing on their own, we then see a Windows XP cursor dragging a camera icon between "can" and "make", the logo then flips to the Xtranormal logo we see before but without the hyphen or the peroid, "Text-to-Movie" appears along with "www.xtranormal.com" which wipes in, the background then gets a checkerboard pattern.

Variantː Sometimes the logo can be choppy, this was common during it's early usage.

FX/SFX: Standard 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Common, Seen on almost every single Xtranormal video from 2008-2010.

Editor's Noteː This is a memorable logo for people who seen Xtranormal videos at the time.

2nd Logo (2010-July 31, 2013)

Logo: In a stylized whiteboard with flying stylized "X"s and "N"s, the word "normal" in the same font as the last two logos slides to the center, which "xtra" slides to the left, bumping "normal" to the right side forming "xtranormal", then, a stylized puffy "XN" starts drawing themselves in, after, "text-to-movie", this time in blue slides to the screen to the center, which the logo ends.

Variantː at the logo's first year, the logo is choppier and starts when the stylized "XN" draws themselves.

FX/SFX: Standard 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Uncommon, Can be seen on almost every single Xtranormal video from 2010-2013.

Editor's Noteː None.
