Background

Morava Film was a Yugoslavian film company headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia. The company was founded in 1946 and were involved in the import and distribution of foreign films alongside producing domestic films.

1st Logo (October 31, 1985)

Visuals: Over a maroon background, there are two white Cyrillic letters, М and Ф. The М appears to be squished and superimposed over the Ф, the latter having its circle placed atop the former. Above it is a curved banner with "МОРАВА ФИЛМ" inside and below is the spaced out text "БЕОГРАД". All of this is placed inside a square which appears to be light brown.

Technique: A still, printed image.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on Zikina Dinastija 1.

2nd Logo (September 1, 1986-July 19, 1989)

Visuals: Two blue lines with curved split ends slide towards the center of the screen, their tips curling as they get closer. The lines merge with each other and expand as the tips continue curling. Once the shape covers the screen, a black 4-pedal flower shape zooms in, where four cyan lines with curved split tips similar to that of the aforementioned blue lines appear from each corner, expanding towards the center and merging before a yellow diamond zooms in. The diamond's tips split and curve before filling the screen and a white circle zooms in at the top. The background fades into a radial orange-peach-cream-beige background which spins clockwise and the company's logo fades inside the circle. The aforementioned blue lines appear on either side of the screen below the circle and move closer to each other. The top curves "shrink" as they get close to the circle before the shape morphs into the text:

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A high-pitched bombastic fanfare.
