Background

This is the vanity card of Michael Patrick King, formed in June 2010 with a multi-year deal with Warner Bros. Television.

1st Logo (September 19, 2011-May 5, 2014)

Visuals: On a black background, the three letters "MPK" appear one by one. Then, a crown flashes on top of the "K", as "MICHAEL PATRICK KING PRODUCTIONS" appears below, left aligned.

Trivia: This logo appeared on a July 20, 2016 TBS airing of The Big Bang Theory episode "The Boyfriend Complexity" due to a plastering error.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A filming sound and a ding when the crown appears, although on the show's pilot episode, the closing theme is used. CBS airings used a generic theme.

Availability: Seen on seasons 1-3 of 2 Broke Girls.

2nd Logo (October 27, 2014-)

Visuals: On a black background, the words "MICHAEL PATRICK KING PRODUCT-IONS" in an unknown texture, wipe in all at the same time. Around it is a rectangle in the same texture.

Variant: A still version exists.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: None, the end theme or a generic theme.

Availability: Seen on seasons 4-6 of 2 Broke Girls, the 2014 revival of The Comeback, AJ and the Queen, and And Just Like That...
