Alert screen (unknown year, possibly before 2002-unknown retirement year)

Visuals: On a blue background is the text, in yellow, starting from the top-center of the screen and stacked on top of each other, "EMERGENCY ALERT PLEASE STAND BY".

Technique: A still, digital graphic, possibly made by a character generator.

Audio: The DTMF tone for the "1" key on standard telephones, held for approximately three and a half seconds before the alert message is delivered.

Availability: Was initiated by the Marshall County 911 Center to alert citizens in said county. However, which specific "Marshall County" out of twelve states with a county by that name (Alabama, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and West Virginia) is currently unknown.
