Background: The studio was one of the development entries for Majesco Entertainment. It only released two games for DS and was closed in 2009 while working on the next game.

Logo: The logo is very similar to the Majesco one, but the central square' sides are marked by three little coloredMajesco Studios Santa-Monica (2009) cubes - orange, yellow and red. STUDIOS is under MAJESCO and below both "Santa Monica" in darker font.
