1st Logo (January 23, 2001-)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a red magnolia flower lying on a blue disc, with "magnolia" in blue and "pictures" written to the right in red in a typewriter font.

Variant: On the trailer for Wonderful World, the background and petal outlines are white.

Technique: None. [possible misuse]

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen on almost all films from the company.

2nd (1st website) Logo (May 26, 2002-September 13, 2005)

Visuals: On a bluish-purple background, there is a blue film projector with the Magnolia Pictures logo on the light. Suddenly, the projector faces towards the camera, and the background is completely white. Then is the blue disc (as part of the logo) sliding on the left, wiping the words "magnolia pictures" in the same font as the previous logo. The disc stops right next to the text, and then the red flower (also as part of the logo) fades in and zooms out, and is placed in the disc. (Like the finished product of the logo, but the design is slightly a bit bigger than usual.) After the entire logo forms, filmstrip suddenly rolls out on one of petals.

Technique: Flash animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: It could be found on the Magnolia Pictures website during the time period. The pages from the time period (which have this logo) were still saved today on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.
