Lord Miller

Background

This is the company of Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the creators of such movies such as Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, 21 Jump Street and The Lego Movie.

1st Logo (November 2, 2002-2005)

Logo: On a greenish background, there is a ribbon with the words "Lord Miller", and below it there is a drawing of a coat-of-arms lion with some lines. There's also two circles, which feature Christopher and Phil themselves, as they turn their heads, we see that they have false mustaches on their mouths. Above the two photos, there are two ribbons with the words: "Fine" and "Mustaches".

Variant: On the failed pilot of Awesometown, the logo is still.

FX/SFX: Christopher and Phil turning their heads.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show, or 3 off-key tuba notes, sounding much like farts.

Availability: Seen on Clone High and the failed pilot of Awesometown.

2nd Logo (March 1, 2015-)

Logo: On a green flag that waves, there is a shield divided in three parts, two squares and a rectangle. The first square features a red and gold square pattern, the second one, a double-head gold dolphin, and the rectangle, a gold mustache. Below it is "Lord Miller" in a script font.

Variants:

A still version exists at the end of the Lego-related films. On The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, the background is black.
On Brigsby Bear, "Lord Miller" is replaced by "LM".
On Bless the Harts, the logo was given an enhanced look, with the waving flag being 2D animated and less wavy. And the shield itself was modified with a different look, the red and gold pattern on the first square was replaced by the Cool S while the other signs on the shield remains the same.
On The Afterparty, the logo was slightly enhanced and it has color lines at the bottom and on top.

FX/SFX: The waving of the flag.

Music/Sounds: 6 toy car horns.

Music/Sounds Variants:

On the Lego-related films and Brigsby Bear, the logo is silent.
On early episodes of The Last Man on Earth, the dolphin noises are heard.
On Bless the Harts, the last two sounds are sped up.
On The Afterparty, different dolphin noises are heard after the fanfare.

Availability: Seen on The Last Man on Earth, the pilot episode of Son of Zorn, Making History, Brigsby Bear and Bless the Harts. Also seen at the end of the Lego-related films and America: The Motion Picture.

Editor's Note: Just like the first one, this is a very funny and creative logo.

3rd Logo (September 25, 2016-February 19, 2017)

Logo: On a black background, the same shield from before, however covered with purplish colors. It zooms out while quickly turning around as "Lord Miller" in the same font as before is written by a laser.

Variant: Starting with episode 9 of Son of Zorn, the animation is slowed down but the music is at the same speed.

FX/SFX: CGI animation. This was done by Titmouse.

Music/Sounds: Same as before, but synthesized.

Availability: Seen on episodes 2-13 of Son of Zorn.
