Background

This was a Canadian home video company that released dubs of old martial arts films and B-movies. It also ran Videoline Productions.

1st Logo (1980s)

Visuals: The word "LETTUCE" (a play on the words "Let Us") in a black Aero Extended font, positioned in front of some green lines on a light brown rectangle with a TV tube shape made of lime green lines that appear to form a "V", along with "ENTERTAIN YOU INC." underneath in a much smaller brownish red font, fades in on a blue background. After a few seconds, the word "presents", in leaf green, rises up from the bottom of the screen.

Technique: Scanimation.

Audio: Two kettledrum beats, and a little electric piano ditty, which repeats twice throughout the duration of the logo. Some rising string notes can also be heard as well.

Availability: Seen on old dubbed martial arts films from Canada and some B-movies such as Bruno Mattei's The Other Hell and Woman Warriors.

2nd Logo (1990s?)

Visuals: There is a wallpaper-like pattern of the lime green LEY logo from before on a faded beige background. The sequence then fades to a midnight blue background with a large lime green LEY logo zooming in with "L E T T U C E" at the bottom of the tube and "E N T E R T A I N   Y O U   I N C ." below it in much smaller type.

Variant: There is also a version where the background is black and the words are white. In this version, "ENTERTAIN YOU INC." is not spaced-out.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A '70s funk tune.

Availability: See the previous logo. It was seen on Toxic Spawn a.k.a Contamination.
