Background

Jornal da Cultura ("Culture News" in english) is a long-running Brazilian TV program currently running on TV Cultura. It first aired on 29 December 1986 under the direction of Hamilton Tramontá. Currently, the program is hosted by the brazilian TV Host Willian Corrêa. On the normal schedule, the TV Program runs everyday except for weekends.

1st Intro (1986-1988)

Logo: Over a black & white gradient background, we see a spinning silver cel globe. A 3D silver rectangle zooms out, and fills up. Two horizontal bars wipe onto the rectangle, and black words "JORNAL DA" with a white shadow behing fade in above the bars. A white word "CULTURA" zooms out below, and two olive bars slide in from the left & right, filling up the missing bars, as the words "JORNAL DA" turn white.

Technique: Cel animation.

Music/Sounds: A mellow fast-paced synth tune.

Availability: Extinct.

2nd Intro (1988-1989)

Logo: Over a footage of Carlos Nascimento getting ready for thr TV program, a white segmented sphere flies out from the above to the white cube, them connecting and going into the lower-right corner, as the blue stacked words "JORNAL DA CULTURA" zoom in and the white words "COM CARLOS NASCIMENTO" appear below.

Technique: Live-action and CGI.

Music/Sounds: A majestic fanfare.

Availability: Extinct.

3rd Intro (1989-1991)

Logo: On a black & blue gradient background, a segmented white sphere zooms out to the white cube, them connecting and going on the right side. White CGI words "JORNAL DA CULTURA" zoom out.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: A slightly rearranged version of the previous intro's fanfare.

Availability: Extinct.
