Warning: On a blue background, we see the following text:
"OSTRZEŻENIE: Kaseta z licencją producenta do użytku domowego. Wszelkie inne prawa autorskie są zastrzeżone. Kopiowanie, rozpowszechnianie, publiczne odtwarzanie, nadawanie RTV całości lub fragmentów oraz wtórny obieg kaset bez zezwolenia są zabrozanie i grożą surowymi sankcjami cywilnymi i karnymi, pozbazniewiem wolności so lat 5 włącznie. Film ten jest chroniony przez antypiracki program FOTA."
Translation: 'WARNING: This tape has the manufacturer's license for home use. All other copyrights are reserved. Copying, distribution, public reproduction, broadcasting of whole or parts of RTV and secondary circulation of cassettes without permission are forbidding and threaten with severe civil and criminal sanctions, deprivation of liberty for up to 5 years. This film is protected by the FOTA anti-piracy program.'
