Darkwoods Productions

(October 31, 2010-March 18, 2012)

Logo: On a black background, we see a grayscale picture of 7 zombies, five of which are seen clearly and the other two are behind them in silhouettes. In the center, we see the company name.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme.

Availability: Seen on seasons 1 and 2 of The Walking Dead.

Editor's Note: None.

Idiotbox

1st Logo (October 12, 2014-March 29, 2015)

Logo: We see some white pixels which cover the screen. A portion of the pixels are black and read "idiotbox" with what looks like a game box with an antenna on top covering "box". The antennas have an electrical bolt which moves up, down and up again. The logo has a vignette effect.

FX/SFX: The electrical bolt. Appears to be limited animation.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme.

Availability: Seen on season 5 of The Walking Dead.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo (October 11, 2015-April 3, 2016)

Logo: We see a gamepad with designs of large robot monsters (called "mecha") and some robot flying bats on a wooden table. In the middle is a screen. The last logo then pops up inside the screen.

FX/SFX: Just the logo appearing.

Music/Sounds: Same as the last logo.

Availability: Seen on season 6 of The Walking Dead.

Editor's Note: None.

3rd Logo (October 23, 2016-)

Logo: We see a new Idiotbox logo on the top of an arcade game, which appears on an old-style TV. A purple flash occurs in the logos direction and a character on the right jumps up while the red arrow clicks on "VERY EASY". This happens in a city setting. The screen glitches and cuts to another screen with the character now holding a sword and "You are Idiotbox" and "Time 001" below.

Trivia: This logo clearly takes inspiration from the title screen of Mega Man 2.

Variant:

  • There exists a still version.
  • On Tales of the Walking Dead, the logo is next to the Skybound Entertainment logo.

FX/SFX: Very cool arcade-styled graphics, especially for the period.

Music/Sounds: Same as the last two logos.

Availability: Seen on The Walking Dead, starting with season 7. It is also seen on Tales of the Walking Dead.

Editor's Note: None.
