1st Logo (2012-2016)

Logo: On a black background, a purple/red/orange wisp emerges and flies past the camera. The wisp flies to the center of the screen and forms the Huawei logo (an eight-pointed flower-like object in a red/purple gradient) The "HUAWEI" text forms via a two-side blur wipe under the logo. While the system boots up, the logo shines.

Technique: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: A whoosh, followed by an energetic four-note tune (Huawei's signature jingle) which echoes.

Availability: Seen on early Huawei phones, such as ones from the Ascend D and G series.

2nd Logo (2016-2018)

Logo: A blurry background focuses to reveal bubbles floating up on a blue background. All the bubbles absorb into the center, leaving only a large bubble. The bubble zooms in a little bit before the background fades out, revealing the Huawei logo (with the symbol now in orange) in a blue rotating aura. The aura fades out, and the logo shines the same way as the previous logo.

Technique: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: A rising bass note, followed by a calmer version of the Huawei jingle.

Availability: Seen on later Huawei phones, such as ones from the Ascend Mate/Mate series.

3rd Logo (2018-)

Logo: On a black background, the "HUAWEI" text (albeit in a more pointy font) flickers in letter by letter, embossed in darkness. After this, two blue lights shine on the top-right and bottom-left corners of the text, making the text fully saturated. The text stays for a while as the system boots up.

Variant: For the HarmonyOS device, the logo is closer (in a letterbox format) and cuts out after it's fully formed. A neon white circle rises out of a pitch-black floor (ala the Odyssey Entertainment logo) before fully revealing itself to be an "O" in the "HarmonyOS" text, which it illuminates slightly. The camera zooms out and the text brightens, revealing itself to be the text. A blue line draws itself in under the "O" after the logo finishes. A dark shine wipes across the text as the device boots up.

Technique: CGI animation; far less effort than the previous logos.

Music/Sounds: A shortened version of the theme from the previous screen.

Music/Sounds Variant: The HarmonyOS variant has a synth note which rises in intensity, followed by a two-note chime tune.

Availability: Current. Seen on currently produced phones from Huawei.
